Greenhouse Café is a restaurant in Clark Pampanga serving haute cuisine with fine dining service and wine list. This is more than a good restaurant in Pampanga for foodies and wine lovers. Greenhouse Café is asked to become the first example of a 5th generation restaurant pursing the goals of sustainability development.

Greenhouse Café, being a sustainability driven restaurant, is always concerned about fostering a culture of “food” wellbeing. A just transition from where we, and almost everybody else in the industry is today, towards a stronger sustainability is necessary to achieve a balance between these material sustainability initiatives and customers expectation and wellbeing.

Best efforts went into sourcing locally to reduce carbon footprint without compromising the high quality of meals served to a very demanding clientele. Customers may notice the introduction of triple portioning to enable a painless collaboration between kitchen and diner to reduce food waste. Studies revealed that over 30% of restaurant food waste came from unconsumed food left behind by customers.
