Recent Inhouse Dinners and Wine Tastings in Clark Pampanga

Our primary business at Greenhouse Café is to provide excellent facilities for clients to hold their private and exclusive events. In doing so, the modern fine-dining kitchen of Greenhouse Café Restaurant serves first-class food and wine to our clients’ guests, ensuring that everyone appreciates the generosity and care of their host, but also leaves with a memorable experience of an evening well spent in this modern fine-dining restaurant in Clark Pampanga.

That’s all fine, except that our passion to produce great meals and deliver memorable experiences to like-minded food and wine lovers cannot stop with that alone. We are compelled to get even closer to our customers, so we must find a way to deliver the GHC dining experience to individuals as well.

To that end, we created the concept of our own hosted culinary events. Having run this project for over half a year, the most popular format seems to be the wine dinner, which comprises a multi-course tasting menu involving carefully selected wines to generate that illusive, yet powerful synergy between food and wine.

Once a month, we accept single-table bookings to attend these culinary events. Unfortunately, the small size of the GHC dining rooms – GHC main dining, the two charming, fully air-conditioned gazebos, plus the boardroom-styled private wine cellar dining room upstairs – combines to accommodate from 24 to 36 persons without compromising the GHC modern fine-dining experience.

These in-house culinary events are reserved for first-time clients. In doing so, we hope that in time, more food and wine lovers can sample the GHC modern fine-dining experience.
