To get 2026 off to a roaring beginning, modern fine-dining luxury event venues and restaurant Greenhouse Cafe or GHC will be serving elevated cuisine as a welcoming gesture to food and wine lovers who have not yet sampled the dining experience of this restaurant in Clark Pampanga.
These “inhouse culinary events” or ICE which are organized and hosted by GHC team. First-time guests are invited to book a table by purchasing tickets to these events in advance.
The menu for the 2026 January ICE will be featuring absolutely delectable recipes carefully designed and perfected, to be served for the first time to 30 first-time patrons. These dinners include one glass of Champagne-styled Crémant Brut sparkling wine from neighbouring vineyards of Burgundy.
A special condensed GHC ICE wine list enables wine lovers to enjoy a bottle a nice red or white wine with dinner. Featured here is a good selection of 375ml half bottles for the light drinkers. These wines are only available in GHC and Clark Wine Center.
