Food: Perhaps next time, before or as the food is served, it would be nice if they could introduce the dish, sharing its name, a bit of history, and why it pairs well with the wine being served.

Suggestions for improve: I’d really appreciate it if the mussels could be prepared so they aren’t dry. Also, please make sure the plating is consistent across dishes and watch out for any oil spills. Thank you.
